Health Share of Oregon Clinical Practice Guidelines
Clinicians in the Health Share network are dedicated to the delivery of evidence based, high quality health care. The following clinical practice guidelines are intended to support our health care providers and serve as resources to ensure our providers have relevant, evidence based information about Health Share adopted standards of care applicable to our region.
These clinical practice guidelines are approved by Health Share Clinical Advisory Panel and reviewed at least biennially. Once approved, they are placed on the website. Paper copies are also available upon request. Clinical practice guidelines are intended to be broadly implemented at a population level, and consideration of specific individual circumstances may be necessary in application of clinical practice guidelines.
